The Hanging Bat beer cafe opened on Lothian Road in Edinburgh in 2012. Since then it has become the major place in the city to try out an eclectic mix of craft beers.

We also have our very own brewing area where our brewer makes the finest ales, you won’t find these ales anywhere else in the world.

We import a wide selection of beers from all around the globe and our knowledgable bartenders are on hand to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Besides a wide selection of beers we also have a vast and varied selection of high quality wines, spirits, whiskies and cocktails

We are open every day from 12pm.

Our kitchen is also open from opening until late every day.
