All our cooked food is made using our smoker. The hot dogs, ribs, wings, even the burnt beans. We’re not a restaurant, we don’t take bookings, we just make great comfort BBQ food to eat alongside drinking great beers.
Head chef Vince Gasparini prepares daily specials to compliment the main menu. The Pork Belly Sub is a particular recurring favourite.
We source our food from the best local suppliers. Our hot dogs were bespoke designed for us back in 2012 and are now used by several other Edinburgh bars and restaurants. In addition, we have our house prepped bar snacks and the pork pies and brownies from our friends at Blackfriars Restaurant and Lovecrumbs Bakery respectively.
